Historic Ithaca’s Preservation Services can provide the expertise of an architectural conservator to owners of older and historic properties. Through site visits and consultations, the conservator examines and assesses a building’s problems and recommends corrective or preventive measures. The conservator also works with homeowners to select interior and exterior treatments appropriate to the historic fabric.
